  • Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package you're returning.
  • Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories.
  • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

4. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.

5. Inspection and Refunds: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
